Aopen Mother Board?

I have an Aopen mother board AX34 II. The computer will boot but the display stays off. (no signal). I've tried the video card in another computer its working fine. I've also checked the power supply its also fine. I've pulled the ram out and turned on the computer and I get the warning beep for no ram. I also tried the computer on a diff monitor still the same problem. could the mother board be findished.
