What is everything i need for my new apartment?

take your money and allot the most for absolute necessities and then split your money for extras. for instance at walmart they have for a cheap price a set of kitchen tools in a box which contains can opener (manual) spatulas etc. i think it is neat. buy towells that are not so expensive. you can get you a few towells for 2 to 3 dollars each and you can get a huge pack of wash cloths for at least 5 bucks. make sure you invest in a couple blankets or a down comforter and your linens should be comfortable. it depends on if you like cotton or polyester or jersey. sheets. pillows should not have to cost you an arm and a leg. in fact sam's club usually has a 2 pack of standard pillows for less than 10 bucks. they are nice pillows too. so if you dn't have a sam's membership than maybe someone you know has one and can get you some pillows. i would go to big lots and check around the store for a crock pot an toaster etc. sometimes target has a back to school sale and then you can find awesome prices on linens and appliances. goodwill has some awesome lamps and home goods. depending on how much you have to spend enjoy your shopping. also, futons are nice to start out but buy one with a nice mattress on it. bean bag chairs are for sale at kmart. they have the beans to put in it. remember you are just beginning so don't worry if things don't look rich right now. just make it cozy comfy and do not forget the dollar tree either. make sure you have money left over for emergencies etc. try to save as much as you can and promise yourselves that money is for the future. good luck to you and may you succeed in all your endeavors.
