Can I get into Notre Dame?

I am a Junior in 2 APs(Chem and US), my frosh and soph GPA give me around a 2.95 GPA but I really am starting to care about my grades. I want to take 4 APs and a fourth year of Spanish next year and get my grades up. I do XC and Track(im not varsity though), I have a job, I have ADHD, I do workcamp in the summer for service, and I have had 6 relatives go to the school(4 cousins, an aunt, and an uncle who played football in the late 1970s).....can I possibly get in?
