After wrestling outa shape...?

so i just went through a season of wrestling after a season of cross country and soon in about a month tracks starting up. Somehow i managed to fall completely out of running shape... i can run about 3 miles at a slow pace, leaving me almost dead at the end as opposed to my xc shape where i was running 30 miles/week. How long should it take for me to get back in xc shape?
