Am I ready for a sub 32:20 10k or a sub 15:30 5k?

I certainly encourage you to go for those times if you feel you are ready to. It is of course very difficult for one who doesn't know you or your training to look at two workouts out out of the context of your training plan and say, "Yes, that will lead to this". How do these workouts relate to workouts prior to last years PR's? In any case, good luck!
