Best beef stew recipe.. with these ingredients?

I have cubed beef steak, onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots, peas, lipton onion soup, cream of mushroom soup.. beef bullion cubes.. tomato juice.. wortishere (sp?) sauce.. canned tomatoes.. and some other canned vegetables.. any recipes not involving the crock pot with these .. I have basic baking things too.. like flour, corn starch etc..
