How do I overclock my Intel Pentium II processor?

you have to change the FSB on your motherboard.. your probably running 4 x 100mhz FSB so to overclock you have to change the FSB greater then 100mhz . doing so you sometimes to be stable you have to change the voltages higher. its hit or miss to figure which is right.
