Monitor on computer not working?

It stopped when I swapped it with another computer in my house, interchanging on the cases, and it worked perfectly before, I tested the monitor on the other computer, it worked fine, I swapped the old monitor with the new one, still didn't work, I bought a brand new video card, no drivers installed yet, because I can't see what I'm doing. The video card has dual monitor support, plugged it in there, nada. No beeps when it starts or anything, but the monitors just don't work, the motherboard is a "Aopen s661FXm. The video card is a brand new just out of the box five minutes ago sapphire radeon 3650 AGP 4/8x 512mb. It still says no signal, help?
