Is there anything I am missing in this PC Build?

Don't worry, you haven't missed anything. And since you are adding a graphics card, why not you use 3GB of RAM instead. Plus, I suggest you not to have 1GB of video memory, instead buy a 9800GT with 512MB. Extra amount of memory means much higher price and it hardly makes any difference in performance.
